LONDON
NEW DEVELOPMENTS / OFF-PLAN
We can introduce buyers and investors to selected new-build and off-plan opportunities across London.
Where Brand Inc Residential is instructed to market or introduce a listed development, there is no Property Search fee payable by the buyer.
This applies whether you are purchasing as a home or an investment.
Any legal, finance, tax, reservation or other third-party costs are separate.
BUYING ONE OF OUR LISTED PROPERTIES?
There is no fee payable to Brand Inc Residential by the buyer when purchasing a property we have been instructed to market.

Purchases are completed directly through the developer or an appropriately licensed UAE real-estate partner.
There is no brokerage fee payable to Brand Inc Residential by the buyer for these developer-led opportunities.
Any applicable developer, registration or other third-party charges will be confirmed before you proceed.
BUYING ONE OF OUR LISTED PROPERTIES?

All fees are subject to applicable taxes or VAT where relevant. Legal fees, finance costs, taxes, registration charges, surveys and other third-party costs are separate and will depend on the property and market.
